COVID 19 Safety Protocols

  • Masks must be worn onboard the aircraft, except while eating or drinking
  • Several sanitations stations throughout entire process
  • Touchless Check in from your vehicle window
  • Comfort of your vehicle until you park and enter your designated lounge
  • Proper Queue spacing
  • Proper PPE for all employees, including masks and gloves
  • Luggage handling and secured from your vehicle by staff
  • Sanitization of all baggage prior to loading
  • Carry-on luggage is not permitted inside aircraft
  • Minimal baggage for personal use only, inside aircraft is allowed
  • Questionnaire checklists for health and safety
  • Mandatory 2X Vaccines doses for 12 years and older
  • Passengers may require a negative COVID-19 test within a certain number of hours prior to departure (U.S. requirements), possibly in both directions depending on regulations at the time the charter takes place
  • Passengers will need to download the ArriveCAN App to their mobile device. You must use ArriveCAN to provide mandatory travel information before and after your entry into Canada. It is available for iOS, Android and web. The mobile app is free and is available in English, French and Spanish (displayed in the language of your device). Download the latest version of ArriveCAN or click ‘update’ in your app store.
