(These Terms & Conditions do not apply to Charters. Separate T & C apply.)

(The Mayfair US Open Tennis Trip taking place August 25 to August 29, 2025 is herein also known as ‘the vacation’.)

Please carefully review the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

Any reservation made with BST Group Vacations Ltd. constitutes a binding agreement signifying your acceptance of, and your agreement to follow, these Terms & Conditions, and to be bound by them.

To process your reservation, we will need your personal information including your name, address, telephone number, email address, passport number, date of birth, citizenship, and information you have disclosed regarding health, medical, dietary, mobility and other special requirements.

BST will require a copy of your valid passport at time of deposit.

BST will require a copy of your Travel Insurance for this vacation, should you decline the offer of Manulife Travel Insurance (at the end of this document), prior to departure.

Deposit and Final Payment

• Prices are in US dollars and include all taxes.
  • Credit card fees may apply
• A non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit amount due is $500.00 USD per person.
• The final payment deadline is due, in our office, on or before May 15^th, 2025
• All payments once received are non-refundable. Please refer to insurance sections below.
• There are no additional fees to pay by credit card, however, should you pay by Canadian credit card or in Canadian dollars, by e-transfer or cheque, your price will be subject to an exchange rate, charged by your credit card company / provider.
• Please make cheques payable to Blowes and Stewart Travel Group Ltd.
• We accept e-transfers in CDN funds (subject to an exchange rate provided by Blowes and Stewart Travel Group Ltd.) or Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.
• Completion of the electronic credit card authorization section of the online registration form commits you to your reservation and the charges on your credit card.
• BST Vacations Group Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment has not been received by the specified due date.
• Final Travel details will be issued 2-4 weeks prior to departure.

The Terms of the Vacation

• The vacation dates are August 25 – August 29, 2025, inclusive.
• Rates are based on double occupancy.
• Single supplement is available upon request.
• Adults over 21 only.
• Check- in to the Wingate by Wyndham New York Midtown Hotel August 25, 2025 after 4:00 p.m.
• Check- out of the Wingate by Wyndham New York Midtown Hotel, August 29, 2025 by 11:00 a.m.
• Should participation in the vacation exceed the available space provided by the Wingate by Wyndham New York Midtown Hotel a comparable hotel and location will be sourced and booked for the added guests.
• This trip includes transportation around NYC, via the Metro Transportation Authority, with a 7-day unlimited pass.
• If for any reason (i.e.: inclement weather), the US OPEN Sessions for August 26, 2025 or August 27, 2025 are cancelled, best effort will be made to replace the tickets for tickets to the 2026 US OPEN or another session in the 2025 US OPEN, however, there will be no refunds as a result of your inability to make any of the offered replacement tickets’ dates / times.
• If for any reason (i.e.: inclement weather), tennis at the Central Park Tennis Club, scheduled to take place on August 28, 2025, is cancelled, best effort will be made to reschedule play that same day or the following day, however, there will be no refunds as a result of your inability to attend at the rescheduled time(s).
• You are responsible for transportation to and from New York, New York.
• The itinerary is subject to change, this includes the dates of attendance to the 2025 US Open, should there be an issue with availability of tickets.
• The vacation itinerary will be confirmed at the Welcome Reception. The itinerary is subject to change.

Escorted Group Cancellation Policy

• Notice of cancellation must be confirmed to BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. in writing stating the reason for the cancellation.
• Penalty for cancellations will be assessed as follows:
• Cancellation between your date of registration and May 15^th, 2025, will result in a charge of 100% your deposit.
• Once final payment has been received, all payments are nonrefundable.
• All unused services and /or activities of the vacation arrangements, during the vacation, including, but not limited to, accommodations, welcome reception, Tennis activities, boat cruise, and courtside refreshments, are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• All escorted groups require a minimum number of passengers to travel. Should minimum numbers not been reached by May 23^, 2025, BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. and Mayfair Tennis Courts Ltd., has the right to cancel the vacation with a full refund to the passengers booked. Refund will be processed in the manner received.
• Tours unable to operate due to Travel Advisory, acts of God, Terrorism or any other event and no fault of BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd., Mayfair Tennis Courts Ltd. and will be subject to cancellation charges as listed above.
• BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. and Mayfair Tennis Courts Ltd., highly recommends the purchase of cancellation/interruption insurance for all trips. BST will not be held responsible for loss of monies due to cancellation/changes.
• Medical insurance is mandatory for all trips outside of the Province of Ontario. If client has out of province medical insurance with a separate insurance provider, BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. must be advised of insurance company name, policy number & company contact information prior to trip commencement.
• Persons leaving the tour during operation will not receive a refund of unused services and all costs of returning to the point of embarkation will be borne by the client.

• BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. is licensed in Ontario with TICO(Travel Industry Council of Ontario, registration #50025046)
• BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. makes arrangements with airlines, coach companies, hotels, transfer operators and specialized suppliers to provide you with the travel services you purchase.
• Although the Agencies take great care in selecting suppliers, the Agencies are unable and do not have total control over them and therefore cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions or circumstances which are unusual and/or unforeseeable, i.e., any force majeure, including but not limited to, weather conditions such as inundation, any type of storm, hurricane, tornado or similar, fire, seismic activity, nuclear disasters, strikes, riots or civil conflicts, acts of war, terrorist actions, any public health emergencies or health risks, government actions, supplier bankruptcies and any other events beyond the Agencies’ control.
• The travel services provided are subject to the Travel Industry Act (Ontario) and Regulations there under and are subject to the conditions imposed by the suppliers and their liability is limited by their tariffs, conditions of carriage, tickets and vouchers and international conventions and agreements.
• The Agencies shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury, whether physical or mental, resulting from any delay, substitution of equipment or any act or omission, negligence or commission of any party supplying any of the services accommodations herein, its agents, servants, employees, subcontractors or for any claims for such loss, damage or injury, whether physical or mental, arising there from, or from any cause that arises by reason of actions or parties, including any acts of terrorism or acts of war.
• The Agencies shall not be responsible for participants, and guests’ actions and/ or outcomes, including but not limited to, any loss, damage or injury, whether physical or mental as a result of their decision to take part in any or all of the activities, optional activities, services, or accommodations associated with the Mayfair US Open Trip taking place from August 25 to and including August 29, 2025 run by or for BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. and Mayfair Tennis Courts Ltd.
• Participants and guests are responsible and knowingly assume any and all risk, including but not limited to, any loss, damage or injury, whether physical or mental, resulting from their participation and / or use of any of the activities, optional activities, services, or accommodations whether prior to, during or after, the Mayfair US Open Trip taking place from August 25 to and including August 29, 2025 run by or for BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. and Mayfair Tennis Courts Ltd.
• The Agencies are not responsible for changes to the itinerary as a result any force majeure, including but not limited to, weather conditions such as inundation, any type of storm, hurricane, tornado or similar, fire, seismic activity, nuclear disasters, strikes, riots or civil conflicts, acts of war, terrorist actions, any current or future public health emergencies and /or current or future health risks, government actions, supplier bankruptcies and any other events beyond the Agencies’ control. Every effort will be made to reschedule events where possible. If the new time and location of the event is not convenient for the guest and they are unable to attend there will be no refund. A portion of the vacation cost may be refunded in the event that overall rescheduling of an event is not physically possible.
• The Agencies reserve the right to cancel or postpone this vacation as late as May 23^rd, 2025 as a result of any force majeure, including but not limited to, weather conditions such as inundation, any type of storm, hurricane, tornado or similar, fire, seismic activity, nuclear disasters, strikes, riots or civil conflicts, acts of war, terrorist actions, any current or future public health emergencies and /or current or future health risks, government actions, supplier bankruptcies and any other events beyond the Agencies’ control. If this occurs, those who have registered before this date will receive a full refund.
• The Agencies reserve the right to decline any person as a guest of this vacation at any time.

The Guest Releases, Waivers, and Indemnities

BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. and Mayfair Tennis Courts Ltd. are herein referred to as ‘the Agencies’.

You agree, for yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, to fully discharge and release the Agencies including their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents, and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns; and any and all of the foregoing, from any and all claims, demands, payments, actions or causes of action whatsoever for damages, loss or injury (including personal injury or damage to property), howsoever arising as a result of the participation, attendance, or travel of myself and any persons who accompany me, whether as spectator, competitor, participant, guest or otherwise, whether prior to, during or after, the 2025 Mayfair US Open Trip taking place from August 25 to and including August 29, 2025 run by or for the Agencies.

You further agree to indemnify and save the Agencies including their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents, and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns harmless from and against all liability incurred arising from or in any way connected with my participation in, travel to or attendance, or that of anyone accompanying me, whether prior to, during or after, the 2025 Mayfair US Open Trip taking place from August 25 to and including August 29, 2025 run by or for the Agencies, including any unusual and/or unforeseeable situations, i.e., any force majeure, including but not limited to, weather conditions such as inundation, any type of storm, hurricane, tornado or similar, fire, seismic activity, nuclear disasters, strikes, riots or civil conflicts, acts of war, terrorist actions, all associated liability and risks related to the spread of infectious or contagious diseases including, but not limited to, current global pandemics, or any existing or future public health emergencies or health risks, government actions, and any other events beyond the Agencies’ control.

Global Pandemic Release, Waiver, and Indemnity BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. and Mayfair Tennis Courts Ltd. are herein referred to as ‘the Agencies’.

The Guest acknowledges the risks related to the spread of infectious or contagious diseases. It remains the Guest responsibility to take the necessary precautions applicable to any health hazards, including but not limited to a Global Pandemic. To ensure the safety of all guests and employees, suppliers may have mandatory safety protocols in place, and the availability of their services and facilities may be impacted.

The Guest agrees to follow all current and future regulations/protocols set forth for safety in compliance with government policies at your own expense.

The Agencies are not responsible for any fees for, or associated with, mandatory government testing in destination or for returning to Canada, quarantine or expenses relating to any Global Pandemic or similar. If additional insurance protection is declined, it remains the Guest's responsibility to verify if their travel insurance policy covers a Global Pandemic.

The Agencies will not be held liable should the Guest be denied boarding due to insufficient proof of a negative Global Pandemic test prior to departure, or displaying symptoms of a Global Pandemic upon check in. No monies will be refunded to the Guest who have been denied boarding or refunded at port of entry.

Additional Releases, Waivers, and Indemnities

All prices listed are per person in US Dollars unless otherwise noted. Pricing is based on supplier cost and conditions in effect at the time of brochure printing. Should there be a pricing increase, a maximum of 7% of base cost, may be applied, or to the taxes and/or government-imposed fees, fuel surcharges or additional airline fees before final payment, these increased charges will be levied to the the Guest and applied to the final invoice. No additional surcharges may be applied after the trip is paid in full. All trips may be subject to change in situations beyond our control.

When travelling outside of Canada all Canadian passengers require a valid passport. If travelling with a foreign passport (not Canadian) BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. must be advised at time of booking so we can advise accordingly. Most countries require passports to be valid for 6 months beyond the expected return date.

Some countries may also have visa requirements for entry. Any fees to obtain visas or additional travel documentation that may be required are the responsibility of the traveler. Entry into another country cannot be guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of the local authorities. BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. takes no responsibility for the Guest being denied entry into another country. Cancellation charges and any additional fees will be at the Guest’s expense.

It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain information, and to have in their possession, all the required documentation to travel (such as passports, visa where applicable, etc.) required by the relevant governmental authorities, for themselves and passengers in their care. Note that the documents required for the outbound portion of your travel may differ from those required for the return.

BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. is not responsible for any missing or inappropriate documents. Failure to have proper travel documents will result in denied boarding and automatic cancellation of your reservation without refund.

BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. accepts any passengers that have a disability, intellectual or physical condition providing they are able to care for themselves during the trip which includes boarding the plane/bus on their own; participating in any included tours/sightseeing without assistance; the ability to understand meeting points/times and the ability to care for their own documents. BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. will accept any passenger who’s intellectual or physical condition is such as to render him/her incapable of caring for him/herself without assistance, provided that he/she is accompanied by an attendant (at an additional cost) who is responsible for the passenger enroute and with the care of such attendant, he/she will not require attention or assistance beyond that which is usually provided by BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. tour escort. Some destinations may not be suitable for physical mobility issues.

Baggage restrictions vary by airline and destination. Specific details will be provided with your final travel documents.

Please ensure that you have secured baggage tags to your luggage prior to arriving at the airport, train station or boarding the coach.

Please note that you are responsible for carrying your own luggage and are responsible for the safety and security of your luggage at all times. BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. will not assume liability for loss, theft, or damage due to breakage, fire, water, or theft, during transport on the plane, coach, train or at hotel. Ask your agent for details of Baggage and Personal Effects Insurance coverage.

Airline seating requests are taken into consideration and sent to each airline if applicable. Additional charges apply for premium seating on aircraft. Specific seating on coaches or trains cannot be guaranteed. BST will try to accommodate all requests.

BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. reserves the right to decline any person as a member of the trip at any time before or during the trip should such person’s presence be considered detrimental to the interest, comfort, and enjoyment of the other members. Persons leaving the trip after commencement will not receive a refund of unused services and all costs of returning to the point of embarkation will be borne by the client.

When travelling outside of Ontario, please note local customs may differ and conditions of travel may not be the same as home. Clients not travelling on full itinerary as outlined assume full responsibility for any cancellation penalties or fees incurred due to cancellation or alteration to itinerary in any way.

Our Role

In offering travel arrangements for sale, BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. acts solely as the organizer of the tours and responsible for making all reservations as outlined. BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. and/or Mayfair Tennis Courts Ltd. cannot be held responsible for supplier errors or omissions. We do not maintain any control over the personnel, equipment or operations of any supplier and we assume no responsibility for, and shall not be expected or required to pay for any financial loss, personal injury, other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which you may experience either by reason of (1) non-performance by any supplier for whatever reason (2) wrongful causes, negligent or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any supplier or its employees or on the part of any other party not under the control of BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. and/or Mayfair Tennis Courts Ltd. (3) any defect, breakdown or other failure of any aircraft, train, bus, automobile, accommodation, ship or other equipment or instrumentality operated and owned or otherwise used by a supplier or (4) BST Vacations / Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. and/or Mayfair Tennis Courts Ltd. is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or death resulting from circumstances beyond its direct control such as unexpected weather conditions, civil unrest, acts of God, force Majeure or any other unforeseen circumstances.

You agree to be bound to all Terms and Conditions and confirm that the Releases, Waivers and Indemnities are binding on yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives and assigns and shall ensure to the benefit of the Agencies, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents, and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns.

You agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions and Releases, Waivers and Indemnities, outlined in this document and consent and I acknowledge that I am legally able to agree to the Terms and Conditions and enter into these Releases, Waivers and Indemnities, and have read and understood the provisions set forth in the Terms and Conditions and Releases, Waivers and Indemnities and voluntarily consent to the terms set forth herein.
