In August 2024, my colleague Nicole Blowes and I had the chance to travel to Costa Rica on a familiarization trip—and honestly, we both came home saying the same thing… we need to bring people here. (Nicole manages our Stratford office, and I lead Marketing & Communications for our agency.)

Some of the most memorable moments for us were the more personal, local experiences.

Visiting a coffee farm and seeing the process firsthand… learning about cacao and how chocolate is made… connecting with people who live and work in these communities—it adds a whole different layer to the trip.
